Job description

Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale and service.
They are now looking to add to the their team and are looking to hire a "Client Support Specialist" . This role will be based out of Lenexa, KS 3 days a week onsite
Duties
Provides help desk support to end-users for PC, server or mainframe applications, and hardware, through logging of issues into a client support application to help ensure accurate and timely technical assistance to maintain and improve the organization's customer relationships. May interact with network services, systems software analyst, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
Skills
  1. Skills / Knowledge - Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  2. Job Complexity - Works on assignments that are routine to moderately difficult, requiring some decision in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  3. Supervision - Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
  4. Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills
  5. Problem Solving Skills - Must be able resolve merchant issues or coordinate issue resolution
  6. Analytical Skills - Must be able to analyze problem as it is described over the phone and determine best solution

Education
  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
  2. Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  3. Help desk; POS Terminal experience

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree
