Our client, a 3rd-generation management consulting firmThey are now looking to add to their team and are hiring an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead for their New York City office(Hybrid)
Required Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in banking or capital markets finance operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Finance transformation.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Hands-on experience with the following Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets
    • Intercompany
    • Lease Accounting
  • Experience with File-Based Data Import (FBDI) conversions.
  • Strong experience with EBS-to-Cloud source-to-target mapping.
  • Ability to lead discovery, drive requirements, and collaborate with an Oracle configuration team.
  • Experience working with AI technology, including reviewing and validating AI-generated mappings and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties to Be Performed
  • Lead agent-assisted discovery and target-state definition across six workstreams.
  • Analyze source systems, legacy customizations, data flows, and back-feed requirements.
  • Serve as the accountable owner for Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and source-to-target mappings.
  • Design back-feed and interface flows.
  • Lead the population and reconciliation of Fixed Assets conversion templates by book and entity.
  • Conduct detailed walkthroughs with the Oracle configuration team.
  • Support Fixed Assets testing and validation.
  • Review and validate AI-generated mappings and documentation.
  • Finalize project deliverables and conduct knowledge transfer.
