Evening Receptionist

The Evening Receptionist manages the front entrance during shift changes and evening visiting hours at the facility. This role answers incoming telephone calls, greets family members and visitors, and assists staff with basic administrative duties at the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming main line phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department.
  • Welcome visitors, family members, and vendors at the front desk and manage sign-in logs.
  • Receive and organize evening mail, deliveries, and packages for facility staff.
  • Assist department heads with routine paperwork, filing, and administrative support.
  • Maintain a neat, clean front lobby area throughout the evening shift.
