Little League World Series Retail Associate

Dates of Employment are July 31, 2026 - August 30, 2026

Are you an outgoing, friendly, and inclusive individual who enjoys engaging with the public? Do you have the energy and stamina to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment? If you are passionate about customer service and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The World Series event held in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, from August 19, 2026, until August 30, 2026, is looking to hire Retail Associates. This position offers $13 per hour, with shifts available on both weekdays and weekends. This position is subject to contingent required background checks. TRAINING IS PROVIDED!

Shift Times:

  • Hours will vary based on the times of the baseball games
  • Flexible hours are available

Retail Associate duties include (but not limited to):

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering questions and providing product assistance.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) retail system to process purchases, bag merchandise, and complete customer returns/refunds.
  • Provide sales floor support, restocking shelves, organizing displays, and processing merchandise in the stockroom.
  • Maintain door security by verifying receipts and monitoring customer flow.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Must be 16 years of age with a valid work permit, or 18 years of age and older
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a fun, welcoming experience for all guests
  • Demonstrates a positive, inclusive attitude aligned with our core values: Teamwork, Fun, Inclusion, Community, and Integrity
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to consistent attendance and professional conduct
  • Able to perform physical tasks including standing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds for extended periods
  • Basic math skills required for handling retail transactions accurately
  • Maintains a neat, professional appearance and complies with the company dress code
  • Must reside within commuting distance of South Williamsport, PA, and have reliable transportation
  • Must successfully pass all applicable background checks
  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
