We are currently seeking a part-time Key Holder for our outdoor location in Westfield, Indiana. This position is seasonal and will run until about the beginning of November 2026. This role reports to the Store Manager and you'll assist with overseeing store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store meets company standards. This position is primarily outdoors, and candidates must be comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.

The Key Holder is responsible for the following:

• Opening and closing assigned retail location.
• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain backstock in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
• Delegate responsibilities to retail associates during scheduled shifts.
• Supervise, train, and guide staff towards maximum performance.
• Address customer concerns quickly and foster positive feedback to deliver an excellent overall experience.
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
• Ensure the store fulfills all safety guidelines, including securely opening and closing the retail location based on standard procedure.
• Complete opening and closing store checklists .
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively manage cash handling, cash registers, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Repetitive wrist motion.
• Audible recognition of alarms.

Outdoor Work Environment:

• This position is based at a micro store that operates outdoors.
• Team members may work outside for extended periods of time.
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting merchandise, and working in varied weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain.
