Job description

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst or Associate to support the Product Marketing function across iCapital's investment products and technology platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to messaging, sales enablement, product launches, and go to market execution in a regulated financial services environment. This individual will focus on maintaining and executing core product marketing deliverables. This role will work closely with senior product marketers and cross-functional partners to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and consistently positioned.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, maintenance, and updating of product marketing collateral, including fact cards, presentations, fund tiles, FAQs, and product updates, using established messaging and positioning frameworks.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate use of approved language across client facing and sales enablement materials, in line with brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Own version control and organization of approved marketing materials, ensuring teams have access to current, ready-to-use assets.
  • Partner with the Product, Investments, and Performance teams to gather inputs for routine updates and translate them into clear, execution ready materials.
  • Support the compliance review and approval process by coordinating submissions, tracking feedback, and managing final approvals and archival.
  • Assist with sales enablement execution, including preparation of pitch decks, product overviews, competitive comparisons, and internal training materials.
  • Support product launches and ongoing product readiness by helping prepare launch communications, user guides, platform overviews, and internal enablement resources.
  • Contribute to campaign and communication execution by coordinating assets, supporting email distributions, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain competitive and market reference materials by collecting, organizing, and updating publicly available product and feature information.
  • Track basic adoption, engagement, and campaign performance metrics using existing dashboards and templates, and prepare summary reports.
  • Collaborate with international and cross functional partners to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist with audience list preparation, segmentation updates, and distribution logistics.

Qualifications

  • 1-5+ years of experience in product marketing, financial services, investment management, technology marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail; ability to work within established guidelines and templates
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deliverables
  • Interest in financial products and technology platforms; willingness to learn investment and product concepts
  • Experience working in a complianceregulated environment is a plus
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, shared documentation, and basic analytics tools
  • Familiar with CRM tools, CMS platforms, email systems, analytics dashboards, or AIenabled productivity tools is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000.ย  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
