As our Assisted Living Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our community runs smoothly and provides exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community.
- Leading and mentoring staff to maintain a high standard of care.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
