Job description

Position Title:
Workforce Time Planning Associate (Administrative Assistant I)
Location:
600 Yosemite Blvd., Modesto, CA 95354
Building: Operations 1
Department: Workforce Planning
Pay Rate:
$23.00–$24.00 per hour
Assignment Details:
Schedule: Night 1 pattern (4:00 PM – 4:15 AM), with daytime training before transitioning to nights
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute workforce scheduling for one or more operational sites, with supervision
  • Schedule union employees for operations departments, ensuring qualified staff are assigned to support business operations
  • Manage call-offs and quickly fill vacancies to meet business needs
  • Track and generate reports related to employee job assignments and attendance
  • Responsible for timekeeping for the assigned work group
Qualifications:
  • Prior workforce scheduling or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work night shifts after initial daytime training
Other Information:
