Job description

Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst

Contract-to-Hire | 4 Openings | U.S.-based (Hybrid/Onsite depending on location)

$45-50 per hour on W2

Overview

We are hiring multiple Workforce Management (WFM) Analysts to support a recently implemented timekeeping and scheduling platform across a large, multi-site organization.

This role is hands-on and operational, focused on ensuring accurate time data, resolving scheduling issues, and preparing workforce data for payroll processing. The team is currently in a post–go-live stabilization phase, so the ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where systems, processes, and workflows are still being refined.

You’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, and site operations teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure data accuracy across workforce systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support day-to-day operations of timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance systems
  • Review and validate time data prior to payroll runs (hours worked, PTO, exceptions, etc.)
  • Resolve issues related to:
  • schedules and shift coverage
  • time tracking discrepancies
  • attendance exceptions
  • Work directly with HR teams, site leaders, and payroll to troubleshoot and answer questions
  • Identify system or process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Assist with system configuration updates, enhancements, and documentation
  • Support audit readiness and compliance with labor and timekeeping policies
  • Generate reports and support basic analysis on workforce data
  • Contribute to ongoing stabilization efforts following system implementation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7+ years of experience in:
  • Workforce management
  • Time & attendance / timekeeping
  • Scheduling and/or payroll support
  • Strong understanding of how time data flows into payroll
  • Experience fixing and troubleshooting time/scheduling issues (not just reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with workforce systems such as:
  • UKG / Kronos
  • ADP eTime
  • Dayforce / Ceridian
  • or similar platforms
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT
  • Strong problem-solving skills — able to work through ambiguity in a post-go-live environment
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, basic analysis)

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting post-implementation or system stabilization efforts
  • UKG / Kronos experience
  • Exposure to multi-site or enterprise workforce operations
  • Payroll certifications (CPP, FPC) or WFM system certifications

Why Join

  • Multiple openings = strong opportunity to join a growing team
  • Exposure to enterprise-level workforce operations and systems
  • Opportunity to expand into workforce analytics and planning over time
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Contract-to-hire with competitive compensation

What to Expect in This Role

This is a hands-on support role, not purely strategic or analytical. You’ll be working in a high-touch, problem-solving environment, helping operational teams resolve real-time workforce issues and ensuring payroll accuracy.
