What are the responsibilities of the position?


Client Experience & Styling

  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand each clients lifestyle, needs, and style goals
  • Advise clients on fit, fabrics, styling, and wardrobe building
  • Take precise measurements and guide clients through the customization process
  • Conduct fittings and ensure garments meet Surmesur quality standards
  • Follow up with clients throughout the production process
  • Create memorable experiences that result in repeat business and referrals

Relationship Building & Sales

  • Develop long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups
  • Maintain a personal client book and drive repeat business
  • Identify wardrobe opportunities and recommend additional pieces when appropriate
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
  • Deliver the Surmesur Wow experience with every interaction

Showroom Operations

  • Maintain an organized, professional, and visually inspiring showroom environment
  • Assist with visual merchandising updates and product presentation
  • Keep client records and order details updated in internal systems
  • Stay informed on new collections, fabrics, and company standards
  • Support team initiatives and daily showroom operations


What experience do you need?


  • 23 years of customer service experience
  • 23 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury environments
  • Knowledge of mens fashion or custom clothing is an asset
  • Experience working with CRM systems or Google Workspace tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization
