Title: Luxury Fashion Manager

Reports To: General Manager or Assistant General Manager in their absence

Overview

At Jared, we deliver Accessible Luxury. The Luxury Fashion Manager is the category owner and brand activation leader for all Fashion merchandise in the store, accountable for driving category performance, elevating team capability, and bringing the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Fashion Category lead total Fashion category performance, including sales, behaviors, and standards.
  • Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
  • Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching, focus, and visual execution.
  • Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion: own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection.
  • Adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches.
  • Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching): observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member, every month, and deliver real‑time, actionable feedback on styling and layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling.
  • Turn training into daily behaviors and habits.
  • Activate the Brand Promise: help customers express their creativity through styling and layering, discover their personal style through curated recommendations, celebrate meaningful moments through Fashion jewelry.
  • Improve key KPIs including ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors.
  • Reinforce consistent Fashion presentations across the team.
  • Lead by example through personal performance.
  • Lead and develop talent.
  • Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent.
  • Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
