Board & Governance

  • Coordinate Board and committee meetings, logistics, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between the CEO, Board members, and committee chairs.
  • Track governance activities, board action items, and follow-up.

Fundraising & External Relations

  • Support fundraising, donor stewardship, sponsorship, and partnership activities.
  • Coordinate executive meetings and communications with funders, partners, elected officials, and community leaders.
  • Prepare donor briefings, partnership materials, acknowledgments, and executive communications.

Research & Special Projects

  • Conduct research and prepare materials that support executive decision-making.
  • Draft reports, presentations, proposals, and strategic communications.
  • Lead or support special projects that advance AfriThrive's mission and organizational priorities.
