We are currently hiring for a Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent position who will have direct interaction with prospective tenants. This individual will be responsible for showing advertised properties to prospective tenants throughout Winnebago County and beyond, completing daily property/showing reports, and working with the property manager to advertise properties and process applications. This individual should be highly organized with strong time management skills, a good driving record, and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the ideal candidate would be a natural communicator, has the ability to work independently, and carries themselves with a professional demeanor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Some experience in sales/marketing or a service-related industry
Computer & phone app proficiency--Microsoft Office/Apple/Android
Local area knowledge
Property management & fair housing experience
Valid driver's license and insurance is a must
Competency in, or the ability to become competent in, the following:
WI Statute Chapter 704 (LANDLORD AND TENANT law)
