We are a commercial property management company specializing in industrial real estate assets. We believe in a tenant first approach to property management.

We are looking for a Property Manager (Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring high standards of tenant satisfaction and property performance.

  • Handle tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease renewals promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance standards are met.

  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services while managing budgets and timelines.

  • Use AppFolio to track rent payments, create financial reports, and manage work orders.

  • Use ClickUp for internal task tracking, project management, and communication within internal team.

  • Manage lease agreements, move-in/move-out processes, and tenant communications.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and landlord-tenant laws.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and tenant retention.

  • Work with ownership on any other internal projects assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of Property Management experience (Industrial preferred).
