  • Respond to resident and staff inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
  • Assist with training and supporting on-site team members
  • Help execute marketing strategies and outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy
  • Prepare weekly traffic and marketing reports, along with monthly market surveys of competing properties
  • Assist with rent collections, deposits, and general financial processes
  • Address resident concerns, complaints, or policy violations in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and aligned with company standards
What We're Looking For

  • Background in leasing, sales, or marketing strongly desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in property management or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable conducting physical inspections of the property (with or without accommodation)
  • Proficiency with property management systems and general computer skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to grow your career in property management
  • Supportive, team-oriented culture
  • A company that truly values its employees and residents
  • A role where no two days are the same
