In this role, you'll work closely with the Property Manager, assist with daily operations, and help plan and coordinate community-building resident events. Your efforts will directly impact tenant satisfaction, property performance, and the overall success of the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Engagement: Coordinate and execute a vibrant events calendar to foster a sense of community. Organize social events and activities that encourage resident interaction and satisfaction.

  • Operational Support: Assist with lease administration, respond to tenant inquiries, manage maintenance requests, and maintain accurate records.

  • Problem-Solving & Accountability: Investigate and resolve tenant concerns or maintenance issues promptly. Demonstrate accountability by following up and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
