These roles are often entry-level and may involve assisting with tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks while learning on the job. Employers may provide training and mentorship to help new property managers develop the necessary skills and knowledge. This path is ideal for those looking to break into real estate or property management without a previous background.
