• High-impact position with significant visibility throughout the organization
• Competitive compensation package with performance incentives
Position Summary

Approximately 75% of the role will focus on growing census through referral development and market expansion, while 25% will involve operational oversight, team coordination, and supporting branch performance.
This position is ideal for a relationship-driven healthcare leader who enjoys building markets, mentoring teams, and playing an active role in the growth of a hospice organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives throughout the assigned market
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other healthcare partners

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or post-acute healthcare
• Previous experience as a Director of Business Development, Hospice Liaison, Executive Director, Administrator, or similar leadership role preferred
• Demonstrated success driving referral growth and developing strategic relationships
• Strong understanding of hospice operations and post-acute healthcare markets
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance sales performance and operational responsibilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with executive leadership
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Compensation
• Competitive base salary
• Performance-based incentive plan
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Significant opportunity for career advancement as the organization continues to grow
