We are currently seeking for a compassionate, highly-skilled, and reliable CNA to serve as part of our growing home health care team.

In this role, you will work with our clients in their homes, helping them with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks as needed, according to their requirements and limitations. You will provide compassionate care and assistance and document clients' progress to help ensure their overall wellbeing.

Schedule:
Mondays and Tuesdays, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (PRN available)


Qualifications:
  • CPR/BLS and First Aid Certification (required)
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • At least 1 year of full-time professional experience in a healthcare setting (3-5 years preferred)
  • Experience in a home healthcare setting is strongly preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Completion of at least 8 hours of personal care-related training annually
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow care plans accurately
  • Experience in housekeeping or domestic work
  • Physically able to assist with lifting and transferring clients
  • Patient, calm, and compassionate in stressful situations
  • Willing to perform personal care and household tasks as needed
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Warm, caring personality with a strong commitment to client dignity and respect
  • Willingness to comply with all legal and agency requirements

CLIENT NEEDS:

Morning Tasks

- Make her coffee

- Make her bed

- Clean the kitchen

- Take out the trash

- Clean the dog pads and mop the area with Fabuloso

- Prepare and serve breakfast with medications

Midday / Afternoon Tasks

- Serve lunch with medications

- Assist with any requests or tasks she needs help with

- Help her in the kitchen when she wants to cook

- Walk the dog when needed

Before Leaving

- Set up her dinner tray with medications
