Glendive is a great place to consider if you're looking to trade traffic, high costs, and burnout for stability, leadership responsibility, and a better quality of life.** Assistant Store Manager Trainee / Manager-in-Training Responsibilities • Learn store operations through a Manager-in-Training development plan • Support daily floor coverage, staffing, and customer service needs • Assist department teams to keep store operations moving • Help maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards • Learn how to coach team members and reinforce expectations • Support new hire training and ongoing team development • Coordinate with department leaders to keep work flowing • Assist with inventory, pricing, and merchandising standards • Document team issues and follow up with manager support • Help lead store operations in the Manager's absence Assistant Store Manager Trainee / Manager-in-Training Qualifications • Interest and willingness to lead, coach, and develop others required • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn MS Excel (enter spreadsheet data) required • Schedule flexibility to work weekends, some holidays, and open/close shifts required • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with employees and customers
