About the role:
A TQL Software Developer works with a team of engineering professionals to improve existing software or design new applications. As a software developer I, the job duties include coding software, working in an Agile environment, coordinating with Sr. Developers/Team Leads and working with other team members to ensure high quality deliverables.

What you'll be doing:
  • Apply Agile/Scrum Methodology within the Systems Development Life Cycle; participate in scrum activities, develop within a cross-functional team environment, and release tested features within a planned iteration.
  • Learn and adapt to new or changing technologies, requirements, and processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools and technologies, Outlook, Visual Studio, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Take initiative when given a task, drive towards solutions and seek assistance in a timely manner when appropriate.

  • Certifications, Associates or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related experience strongly preferred.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Recent hands-on coding and software design.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; exceptional customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and organized; able to follow verbal and written directions/requirements
