About the role
Orange is nestled in the picturesque Central Western Tablelands of NSW, it offers locals and visitors a unique blend of rural living with the culture and opportunities of a modern city.
The Orange Health Service Social Work Department operates across both the Orange General Hospital and Bloomfield Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Campus. This position is an opportunity for an Allied Health Assistant either local or looking for a 'Tree change' to become a member of a dynamic regional Social Work Department.ย 
This Allied Health Assistant position is specifically allocated to the Orange General Hospital and works within the Orange Hospital Social Work Team. The role includes the provision of psychosocial supports, resourcing and practical assistance to patients, carers and their relatives' receiving social work services at Orange Hospital. To provide this service you will working collaboratively with a Multidisciplinary Team, including Nursing, Medical and Allied Health Professionals.ย
