What We’re Looking For

Arable is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support our global logistics and warehouse operations during a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of four months. This is a full-time hybrid role based in our San Francisco office.

In this role, you will help coordinate inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics activities while ensuring timely shipment processing, accurate documentation, inventory visibility, and strong cross-functional communication. You’ll work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Success, Finance, and external logistics partners to help maintain operational efficiency and a positive customer experience.

In addition to supporting day-to-day logistics operations, this role will help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics workflows, and supply chain visibility as Arable continues building scalable and AI-ready operational systems.

What you will do:
  • Execute daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods

  • Prepare and organize shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOLs)

  • Coordinate with external carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

  • Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and escalate potential shortages or discrepancies

  • Support reverse logistics and product return processes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness

  • Maintain accurate data flow between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Assist with month-end inventory and warehouse reconciliations

  • Support vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, and delivery timeline management

  • Help identify opportunities to improve logistics workflows, operational efficiency, and data integrity

  • Ensure operational processes are followed consistently and accurately

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field

  • Understanding of shipping terminology and general logistics workflows from origin to destination

  • Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, or HubSpot is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory reconciliation, or process improvement initiatives is a plus

Location & Work Environment:
  • Full-time temporary assignment (minimum 4 months)

  • Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California

  • Expected onsite presence several days per week based on business needs
