Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Retail Supervisors to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work results
  • Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
  • Monitor store floor and assist with guests needs
  • Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
More about you
  • Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required
  • Previous experience working with point of sale system required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Physical requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
