General Position Summary
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the development and execution of a successful visual strategy that is consistent with brand identity and business objectives. This teammate will help execute product display, marketing assets in stores, fixtures, and fixture components for all Visual Merchandising strategies. This position will also be involved in training store associates to adhere to visual guidelines on a consistent basis.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution and compliance of all Visual Merchandising Programs (for example: towers, feature tables, banner hanging kits, in-store signage etc.) in all store types.
  • Provide real time feedback to ensure all given directives are applicable in store.
  • Evaluate and coach store managers on Lids Visual Standards.
  • Responsible for coordinating the visual execution for new store openings.
  • Maintain the Store Master file of Store Visits and Reports.
  • Work in conjunction with the Visual Merchandising Team - Graphics & POP to ensure all elements of new initiatives/updates are properly executed on the store level.
  • Monitor expenses and work within budget.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Proven experience with execution of strong visual standards, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to review sales merchandising reports and survey results.
