Job Description Executive Assistant | Remote Permanent, Full-Time We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who excels at managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional support to senior executives. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage email and phone communications, responding promptly and effectively. Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.
