Ultimate Staffing is seeking a reliable and professional y Receptionist to support front-desk operations for our well established client. This role is ideal for someone who excels at customer service, multitasking, and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
*Temp to hire opportunity in Cartersville, GA
*Full time hours 8A-5P Monday thru Friday
*Pay $14-$15
Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage front-desk operations, including visitor logs and badges
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
