This position will be a member of the CRM team responsible for project coordinationย 

This position is responsible oversight and integrity of enterprise customer master data and is responsible for working with the CRM team to assist in establishing the required procedures, controls, metrics, and auditing methodologies to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.ย 

ย This position will assist in the development of CRM best practices and strategies on a global basis for the organization.ย 

ย The role requires strong organization skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.ย 

ย This position partners and collaborates with various internal and external stakeholder groups to identify needs, establish objectives, and gather information to achieve departmental and company goals.ย 

Monitor consumer data quality and watch for issues. Communicate issues to the project managers.ย 

Monitor the error logs and contact program manager and IS project manager if issues ariseย 

Identify opportunities for change in functional business systems and communicate these to functional team lead.ย 

Documentation of new and existing processes and organization of documentation in a systematic, logical mannerย 

Diagnose issues that occur in the consumer management system by helping to identify the source of the issueย 

Clearly establish project goals and objectives and effectively track to project timelines and budgetsย 

Ability to proactively anticipate potential barriers and develop appropriate actionsย 

Make impactful decisions, trouble-shoot, and problem-solveย 

Develop and implement processes, procedures, and work flows for assigned projectsย 

Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to build and maintain the appropriate business rules governing the capture and handling of customer dataย 

Establish and maintain effective working relationshipsย 

Work closely with customer data owners to fix data errors at the point of origin.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years demonstrated project coordination experienceย 

2 Years + CRM Experience is REQUIREDย 

Demonstrated project management experience with proven ability to manage complex projects requiredย 

Demonstrated ability to map out business processesย 

Demonstrated communication skills, clear articulate speech, good listening skills and the ability to generate clear, concise written documentationย 

Requires the willingness and ability to work within a group and/or teamย 

Requires the ability to multi-task and demonstrated ability to adapt to changing prioritiesย 

Requires attention to detailย
