Job description

REMOTE position but must be located in one of the following states:

- California, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, New Hampshire, Georgia, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania

Love turning great moments into polished, unforgettable memories? As our Post-Production Editor, you'll oversee the editing, organization, and delivery of wedding photography while coordinating outsourced video editing to ensure every client receives exceptional final products.

This role combines creative editing, project management, and client communication. You'll collaborate with photographers, videographers, editing partners, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly from wedding day through final delivery. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling, you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage photography post-production from file organization through final gallery delivery.
  • Cull, color correct, retouch, and prepare professional image galleries using Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
  • Coordinate with photographers and videographers to ensure timely uploads and proper file organization.
  • Manage outsourced video editing projects, communicating expectations, revisions, and deadlines.
  • Review wedding films, highlight reels, and photography galleries to ensure they meet Wedgewood Weddings' quality and brand standards.
  • Design beautiful wedding albums, guest books, and other printed keepsakes.
  • Work directly with clients on album revisions, approvals, and post-event requests.
  • Upload and organize final galleries, videos, and albums across client delivery platforms.
  • Maintain organized archives, backups, metadata, and long-term asset management.
  • Partner with the Marketing team by providing curated, brand-approved photos and video assets.
  • Assist with creative projects, image selection, and content organization.
  • Track production timelines, monitor workloads, and provide project status updates.
  • Ensure every client deliverable reflects the quality and experience Wedgewood Weddings is known for.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the post-production team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience in photography editing, post-production, or visual media.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience using AI-assisted editing tools such as Imagen is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of color correction, retouching, image enhancement, and photo workflow management.
  • Familiarity with professional video editing workflows, including color grading, audio balancing, media management, and storytelling.
  • Experience designing wedding albums and preparing files for professional print production.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency across large image collections.
  • Strong organizational and digital asset management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both clients and creative partners.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
