About this Role:

The Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer role at Aria Group is a multidisciplinary position that combines a marketing mindset with a strong brand storytelling, graphic design expertise, and communication skills. This position works closely with the Chief Business Development Officer, internal committees and studios, and occasionally the HR team to support business development, marketing, and talent attraction initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Branding: Develop and maintain internal and external marketing materials including brochures, qualifications packages, presentations, and templates to support business development, marketing, and talent recruitment.
  • Graphic Design: Create digital and print-ready content that aligns with Aria’s brand identity, collaborating with internal or external designers as needed.
  • Digital Presence: Manage the firm’s website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram), regularly updating content to reflect ongoing projects, news, and events.
  • Communication and Publicity: Draft and publish press releases, create promotional collateral, and coordinate publication opportunities with industry media outlets.
  • Proposals and Pursuits: Assemble, edit, and submit responses to RFPs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Events and Outreach: Coordinate trade shows, conference, and company-hosted events, including planning, logistics, materials, and vendor management.
  • Photography: Coordinate and manage photography projects with outside photographers and clients. Edit and occasionally take photos of staff and projects for use in marketing materials.
  • Support miscellaneous marketing needs and assist with related duties as assigned, including occasional travel.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through daily interactions with the project team, clients, partners and the community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related media field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Experience with WordPress and basic website content management.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook marketing practices.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Understanding the design services market and marketing strategy development.
