OVERVIEW

A dynamic mobile advertising company, with its main hub in NYC is seeking a Senior Digital Designer with a background in ads and ad tech.

This individual will be instrumental in crafting and delivering compelling digital concepts for prominent brands, ensuring their messages effectively reach and resonate with target audiences. The role demands a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout and typographic principles, motion graphics and flexible design for various devices including for microsites. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to the daily oversight and development of the Creative Production team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with clients and campaign partners to develop and produce high-quality advertisements across diverse formats.
  • Balance visual appeal and performance with technical specifications and publisher requirements.
  • Provide guidance to sales teams and clients on design strategies, leading practices, and creative direction based on campaign objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with operational teams to optimize creative assets for various publishers, devices, and environments.
  • Generate demonstrations and supporting visual materials for sales presentations, and contribute to internal design initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming new concepts and help in the development of innovative advertising products.
  • Act as a primary source of creative expertise within the team, capable of answering all technical and strategic inquiries.
  • Directly supervise designers who report to you, ensuring they meet both professional and developmental goals, and actively supporting their growth and daily tasks.
  • Assist Creative Directors by offering leadership and coordination across all teams, addressing both technical and operational matters.
  • Independently manage your workload and ensure results are delivered within established timelines.
  • Engage with clients autonomously, leveraging your extensive knowledge to expand and cultivate the company's client base, upholding its commitment to excellence in creative output.
