Job Overview:

Coastal Companies LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily landscaping operations and support our growing team. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality work across all job sites, and helping coordinate projects from start to finish.

This position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency, safety, and consistency across all landscaping services during the spring, summer, and fall seasons, while also supporting snow removal operations in the winter.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations amp; Crew Management

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple landscaping crews

  • Provide direction, support, and supervision to crew leaders and team members

  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards

  • Assist with scheduling, job planning, and coordination of crews and equipment

Landscaping Duties (Springโ€“Fall)

  • Oversee lawn maintenance, plantings, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installations

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment

  • Monitor job site quality and address any issues as they arise

  • Assist crews on-site when needed

Snow Removal Operations (Winter)

  • Help coordinate and support snow removal crews during storm events

  • Assist with site management, logistics, and response during snow operations

  • Be available for extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during storms


Qualifications:
  • Previous landscaping experience required

  • Experience leading crews or managing teams preferred

  • Strong understanding of landscaping practices and equipment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
