Position Summary
Vector Media is searching for a trusted and diligent Assistant Ops Manager to join our team in Connecticut. This position is responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our Connecticut area advertising programs, including double decker, coach bus and transit bus and shelter advertising. This position is responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our Connecticut area advertising programs, including Berlin, Hartford, East Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Norwalk, and Stamford. This includes supervising operations personnel and subcontractors, assigning, scheduling and managing the installation and removal of all advertising copy, receiving, checking in and storing of materials and all other activities listed below for this market. This position will work closely with our sales and operations teams as well as our transit partners. This position requires working on nights and weekends as needed.
Pay Range Details: $23.00 per hour - $25.00 per hour
The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

  • Ability to complete physical tasks including the following: walking, standing, kneeling, lifting (over 50 lbs), working on ladders, scaffolds, speaking, hearing, reading, working with the public.ย 
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Manage and assign daily work to employees and/or subcontractors
  • Maintain detailed record of advertisements, including posting and removal dates
  • Travel to and from installation worksites
  • Installation and removal of direct application vinyl graphics
  • Manage and maintain neat and orderly work sites and trucks
  • Ensure all vehicle graphics are installed and removed according to company standards
  • Provide daily photos for project installations and/or removals of graphics
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environmentย
