Job description

East Norriton litigation firm with a national property-subrogation practice seeks a detail-oriented legal secretary. Responsibilities include:
 
•        organizing documents/files;
•        traditional and online filing of court documents;
•        calendaring, tracking and managing deadlines; 
•        arranging and scheduling depositions, site inspections and evidence exams; and
•        preparing correspondence and legal papers (e.g. summonses, complaints, motions, subpoenas).
 
Desired candidates have prior relevant experience, preferably on the plaintiff side; knowledge of ProLaw and Excel are a plus.
