Job Details

  • Pay Rate:$16 - $19 Hourly, Depending on Experience
  • Shift Options:
    • 2nd Shift - 1 PM to 9 PM
    • 3rd Shift - 9 PM to 5 AM
  • Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Bilingual HR Assistant Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site liaison between Ascend Staffing, employees, and customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to employee and client needs
  • Coordinate daily attendance, scheduling, and workforce reporting
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Support onboarding, orientations, and timekeeping processes
  • Monitor performance and address issues professionally and promptly
  • Utilize computer systems to track data, reports, and communications


Bilingual HR Assistant Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Computer-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented

Preferred
