Country Partners Cooperative is a full-service diversified agricultural cooperative in central Nebraska located in 20 communities, partnering with farmers and ranchers to accomplish more together.

Location Manager - Ord NE

To oversee the safety, operations, marketing and profitability of the location, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Emphasis of location: Petroleum, Agronomy, Feed and Grain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for regulatory compliance and leading the safety program for the location.
- Responsible for maintaining clean and well kept facilities.
- Ensure proper inventory levels and approved purchasing procedures.
- Maintains good customer relations.
- Maintains good employee relations.
- Responsible for petroleum, grain, feed and agronomy business, facilities and people at location.
- Oversee bookkeeping procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintains all company inventory in condition.
- Oversees all equipment and rolling stock.
- Ensure location is working within their expense budget and profit goals.
- Facilitates the marketing efforts made at each branch to achieve sales goals.
- Fills in on an as needed basis when labor is short.
- Works in a sales capacity with customers.
- Oversees expansion and improvement of facilities.
- Assist in being the key liaison between the branch and management.
- Performs other activities as directed by their supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises employees at the location. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
