Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Arizona
Start Date: August 3, 2026
End Date: May 26, 2027
Hours: 40 hours per week

Setting: Onsite Only
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide services for students in a school-based setting. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with students ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade at one school site, supporting speech and language development under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must possess the following:
  • Active Arizona SLPA License
  • Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Ability to work onsite for the duration of the assignment
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing speech and language therapy programs as directed by a supervising SLP
  • Provide individual and small-group therapy services
  • Support students in achieving communication goals
  • Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service records
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Follow all district, state, and federal guidelines related to special education services
