About Us
Gordon Parks Elementary School is a small, tight-knit, tuition-free public charter school dedicated to providing The Best Foundations for the Future. Inspired by the legacy of Gordon Parks, we believe education should empower students to see themselves as creators, problem-solvers, and agents of change.
Our school culture is built on strong relationships, collaboration, and trust. We emphasize project-based learning, arts integration, foundational literacy and numeracy, and whole-child development to ensure every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
Approximately 30% of our students receive some form of English language support, and we are deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment where multilingual learners are supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
