StudySync, a leading developer of digital curriculum for grades 6-12 in the United States and is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to perform account management and training for customers but also regional sales support alongside our U.S. sales and distribution partner.

Position Information

This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to Implementation Manager, Study Sync.

Compensation

Base pay is anticipated to be between $65,972.00 and $72,000.00. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location

In this US-based position your location will be remote. Candidates will be required to reside in California to facilitate travel.

Travel

You can also expect up to approximately 40% travel, up to 75% travel (3-4 business days per week) during peak season predominately within CA, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee implementation and management of account needs for all accounts withinthe assigned region.
  • Provide support for accounts nationwide as needed.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track all account data including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, and training.
  • Design and deliver sales presentations, product training, and professional development sessions, both in-person and via webinar platforms.
  • Communicate regularly and work effectively with districts, school administrators, and teachers to ensure successful program implementation and customer success.
  • Communicate regularly and work collaboratively with our partner to support sales and training needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer needs and requests.
  • Effectively lead online live chat and publicwebinarsessions for customers and prospects nationwide.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to provide customer training and to travel to training sessions, support meetings, and team presentations.
  • Pro-active account management across the life-cycle of a customer from interest, sales presentations, on-boarding to renewal.
  • Manage or assist with team projects including but not limited to webinars, training, and collateral development.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Share Your Expertise

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accreditedschool or universityandat least 5years’experienceingradesK-12education,classroomor administrativeexperience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Grade levels 6-12 preferred, ELA also preferred.
  • Knowledge of current educational standards and effective teaching practices.
  • Familiarity with English Language Development (ELD) standards, instructional models, and best practices, particularly within California educational settings.
  • Experience leading professional development and/or product training
  • Familiar with web-based programs such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and more.
  • Strong skills in Google and Microsoft Suites.
  • Team player with strong skills in communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Available to travel for presentations and customer training and meetings; travel 40% and up to 75% during peak season, based on account requests.
