About the RoleAs an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help deliver therapy services to students. You'll play an important role in supporting communication skills such as articulation, language development, and social communication.
Schedule & Work Environment- Monday-Friday school schedule
- No evenings or weekends

Qualifications- Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing speech-language therapy plans under SLP supervision
- Work with students on articulation, language, and communication goals
- Prepare therapy materials and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school guidelines
