The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Administration & Support Assistant to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Hunt Valley, MD. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
  • Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to emails in the shared business center inbox, ensuring timely completion of job requests and professional communication.
  • Document Handling: Print guides, format proposals, prepare outbound mail and shipments, and manage other document-related requests.
  • Phone Support: Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various office tasks including supply ordering, filing, and general support for internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Highschool or GED required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with calendar management and office equipment
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
