The HR Assistant provides critical administrative and operational support to Human Resource Generalist while contributing to XMStart’s 4C Strategic Imperatives. This role enhances efficiency, supports workforce capability, and ensures seamless coordination across HR processes.

Requirements

Administrative Support & Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews, onboarding sessions, and HR meetings efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to candidates, employees, and vendors.
  • Coordinate calendars and assist in managing HR priorities.
  • Support standardized, repeatable administrative processes that improve efficiency.

Data Entry & Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform data entry into HRIS (ADP or similar systems).
  • Track onboarding documentation, compliance forms, and certifications.
  • Assist in payroll data preparation and validation.

Recruiting & Onboarding Support:

  • Assist with job postings, candidate tracking, and interview coordination.
  • Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • Support onboarding processes to help new hires integrate quickly and effectively.
  • Reinforce a welcoming, organized onboarding experience aligned with company culture.

Corporate Events & Engagement Support:
