The HR Intern will support Grunley's Human Resources team. This role will focus on organizing HR tools, resources, policies, and compliance materials, while also assisting with events, onboarding, college recruiting preparation, database analysis, and general HR operations. The intern will also support recruiting efforts as needed, including coordination, candidate tracking, and swag organization. This position reports to the HR Director.

Work Schedule: 3 days a week minimum. 3-5 days a week preferred
