Advanced Practice Clinician Opportunity

Are you an Advanced Practitioner, searching for your next perm position? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Yakima, Washington might just be the opportunity for you!

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician specializing in Women's Health to work as a First Assist. Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Clinic Hours: The position follows standard clinic hours, with potential early starts at 7 am. No overnight shifts required.
  • Clinic Operational Hours: Monday โ€“ Friday, 7:30 am โ€“ 6:00 pm
  • Surgical Assistance: Serve as the first assist for our providers during surgeries and C-sections. Responsibilities include surgery prep, retraction, controlling bleeding, suturing/closing, and direct collaboration with OB surgeons.
  • Base Compensation: $132k โ€“ $144k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
  • Full and comprehensive benefits package including: 30k Hiring bonus,
  • $20k Relocation allowance,$1,500 monthly housing/auto stipend for one year,
  • $2,000 monthly stipend, $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date, $50k annual geographical pay, Malpractice,
  • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala
