Youth & Family Services Clinician

Position Summary
SeaView Community Services is seeking a Youth & Family Services Clinician to provide direct behavioral health services to youth and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and family system challenges.
This role delivers evidence-based, trauma-informed care to strengthen family functioning, improve youth outcomes, and support long-term stability. The clinician works collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners within a team-based model of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessments, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy
- Deliver evidence-based, family-centered interventions
- Engage youth and caregivers to improve communication, parenting skills, and stability
- Coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Master's degree (MA, MSW, or PhD) in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Post-graduate clinical experience required
- Ability to diagnose using DSM-5
- Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LMFT
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet background and screening requirements
