• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and holistic inquiries.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, regularly refining them based on progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring that services are tailored to diverse populations.
• Monitor and track client progress meticulously, using outcome measures and clinical assessments to adjust treatment strategies as required.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing distressing situations, employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest level of integrity.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and holistically address client needs, participating in case consultations and treatment meetings.
• Engage with the latest research and developments in mental health treatment methodologies, integrating new evidence into practice to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in supervision and continuous professional development activities, aiming to stay current with licensure requirements and clinical best practices.
• Uphold and model ethical guidelines as dictated by relevant governing boards and organizations, fostering trust and professionalism within client relationships.

As a mental health practitioner at Seaview, you will engage with a diverse client demographic, ranging from children to adults, dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your empathy and tailored therapeutic approaches will be vital in addressing the distinctive challenges faced by our clients.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to develop effective therapeutic relationships.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to empathize with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Demonstrated compassion and dedication to enhancing client well-being.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team framework—initiating collaboration with colleagues regularly.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws pertinent to the mental health field.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a related mental health field, preferably in a counseling or clinical setting.

• A competitive salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside potential bonus opportunities.
