This positionreports directly to the Head Women's Soccer Coach andis responsible forassistingwith all aspects ofoperatinga competitive NCAA Division III women's soccer program, withexperiencein coaching goalkeepers.

Characteristic Responsibilities:

• Coaching & Player Development -Lead the design and execution of specialized goalkeeper training sessions, individual player development plans, and comprehensive game strategies to drive athletic excellence.

• Performance Analysis & Preparation: Oversee game and practice preparation through rigorous scouting, video analysis, and data-driven feedback tooptimizeteam performance in competition.

• Strategic Recruitment:Identifyand evaluate prospective student-athletes, managing the recruitment lifecycle in strict accordance with NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations

• Student-Athlete Development:Demonstratea commitment to the holistic development of student-athletes, emphasizing academic success, athletic excellence, personalgrowthand leadership on and off the field

• Program Support: Provide dedicated administrative and tactical support to the Head Coach, executingadditionalduties as assigned to ensure program continuity.

• Manage team meal planning and travellogisticsfor home and away competitions, as needed.

• Adherence to all institutional, conference, and NCAA rules and regulationswhilerepresentingthe institution with high professional integrity.isessential.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degreerequired.

• Coaching experience athigh-school, club,collegeor professional level.

• Availability to workvaried hours anda flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, andholidays.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervisionand astrong initiative.

• Attention to detail,maintaininga consistent standard of accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative and technical tasks.

• An appreciation and understanding of the role athletics play in a rigorous academic setting is essential.

• A team-oriented mindset with a dedicated focus on fostering a positive, inclusive culture within the program, the athletic department, and the broader campus community.

• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Satisfactory completion of successful background checks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to perform, teach, anddemonstratetechnical aspects of assigned sport.

• The assistant coach willbe requiredtoworkin varyingweather conditions.
