  • Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid.
  • Prepare cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of the project.
  • Execute take-offs of construction documents.
  • Prepare scope of work letters.
  • Assist with bid document preparation.
  • Attend meetings as required.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Estimator will include, but not limited to:

  • Previous experience in the landscape or construction industry is required
  • On-Screen Takeoff (OST) experience (highly preferred)
  • Sage Estimating experience (preferred)
  • 1 or more years of experience in estimating
  • Site development construction experience (preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel and mathematics.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Overtime may be required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
