Job Description
The Pharmacy Predoctoral Research Fellowship provides interested UMKC PharmD students with an opportunity to experience first-hand the excitement and challenges of a research career. Students will work with professors on a research project during the experience. Duties and responsibilities include:
• Research duties and training as required by your pre-doctoral research advisor,
• Expectation of a short, written report about what you have learned provided to Dr. Wyckoff within 30 days after your fellowship ends,
• Expectation of working to find a way to publicly present your research (poster, seminar, publication) from your fellowship,
• Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • PharmD student at UMKC School of Pharmacy
  • 3.0 GPA or higher

Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $17.50/hr
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.

Other Information
This position is 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) for 10 weeks during the summer, non-benefit-eligible, unranked, academic position. This can be adjusted to a portion of hours during the semester, but the position cannot exceed 400 hours.
