Business Developer – Bay Area

We're Growing in the Bay Area

We're seeking a motivated Business Developer to help expand our landscape maintenance business throughout the Bay Area. If you're a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and exceeding goals, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth throughout the Bay Area, focusing on distribution, manufacturing, and light industrial clients.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and commercial property owners.
  • Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct client presentations, lunch-and-learns, and attend trade shows to generate new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to develop profitable solutions for clients.
  • Organize and manage a consistent sales pipeline and activity schedule to achieve growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience or experience in a customer-facing service role preferably in the landscape maintenance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for business development.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to attend networking events and client functions.
