Be our next exceptional LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT REGIONAL MANAGER!

As a Regional Manager for our Maintenance Division, you will provide hands-on leadership, direction, and goals for multiple landscape maintenance branches within the East and West Phoenix Valley. Responsible for the continuing success of multiple large branches within the region by improving profitability, streamlining operations, improving sales, controlling costs, and building quality.

*This Regional role will be based in Phoenix, AZ.

*HIGHLIGHTS of what our REGIONAL MANAGER will do, but not limited to:

  • Develops and implements strategic regional plans to meet corporate goals and objectives
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Reviews P&L’s and Financial Statements regularly
  • Hire, train, develop, and coach Branch Managers
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Regularly visits jobs to ensure that the supervisors understand the job and track it properly, includes quality inspections
  • Works with Branches to insure most efficient use of Capital Budget while maintaining relationships with clients to accomplish the Company’s mission

Are you the right fit for this role?

*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE that are necessary as a REGIONAL MANAGER will include, but not limited to:

  • A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years landscape maintenance experience managing multiple branch operations including employee development, sales and financial management in the landscape industry
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with both clients and internal management team
  • Must be able to travel within state at least 50-60% as business dictates
