You will quickly become a key member of our team responsible for high quality and efficient installation and repair of many types of glass. Our training process commences day one under the guidance of an experienced glass professional. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist with, then be responsible for, glass repair and replacement according to specified procedures and safety requirements
  • Efficiently use materials and maintain stock on your vehicle
  • Properly keep company vehicle and equipment serviced, clean, and in good working order
  • Utilize tablet to access your schedule, quote jobs, enter specifications, complete invoices, accept payments, and update status
  • Be the smiling face of Glass Doctor, exemplifying our values and exuding the confidence of a true professional
Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated solid mechanical skills and comfort with hand tools
  • Prior experience in glass or construction trades is a plus but not required
  • Physical ability to lift and place heavy objects up to 75 pounds
  • Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and personality
